We do not ask to disassemble the piano into parts to reduce its weight. This is an operation that especially applies to old pianos (H=54-60 inches). 3) reassembly of the piano, which will be carried out by the technician.

Yes, it is highly recommended to have your piano tuned after a move, even if it was transported with the utmost care. Vibrations and changes in temperature and humidity can affect the tuning of the instrument. However, it is recommended to wait 1 to 2 weeks after the move to tune the piano. This will allow it to stabilize and adapt to its new climatic environment.
It is recommended to book your piano move as early as possible, especially if you are moving during peak season or have specific needs. Some companies may require several weeks or even months of notice to arrange the transport of your piano in the best conditions.
